Valentina Crimi [EMAM]
While at university I chose show business as my future career when I elected to write my thesis on a topic related to the film industry, so for me the EMAM was an important step from my perception of this industry to its reality. The excellent training provided during the Masters course, which increased my motivation to work in this sector, let me achieve my objective: a career in the film industry. It was very stimulating to work with an international array of teachers and classmates from various European countries. Although a seemingly added value it proved crucial to working in the European market, which aims to strengthen the relations and collaborations among the different countries. Furthermore, my professional involvement in the sector actually began with a collaboration with one of my Masters classmates who founded his own production company, BLOOMING PICTURES. In short, the EMAM can serve - as it did for me - not only as an occasion to learn more about and to get training in the professional audiovisual world but also as an important link to a career in it.
